Hawksmoor began just after co-founder Will graduated from uni. Maybe it was the slightly sad student dinners that prompted him and best mate Huw, to search for the world’s best beef. Either way, we know what all the students have been through – so huge congrats and a very big well done to you all.

Expert-level blowout

Two or three knockout courses, starting at €65pp: begin with a bougie beef fillet carpaccio and roll into dictionary-thick sharing steaks – with a few too many sides. Add oysters if you fancy too and a bottle of champagne to celebrate like a pro.

Available Mon-Sat throughout July, 12-9pm.
