Years of deadlines, questionable sleep and a diet held together by caffeine and good intentions. You made it to the other side. A day that big has earned more than a quick photo and a rushed bite somewhere nearby. It has earned a proper table, Irish steak cooked over charcoal and a glass of something cold and celebratory.
This graduation season, we’re serving a no-nonsense celebratory menu at Hawksmoor Dublin, built around the food we do best: proper Irish steak, standout seafood, a very good vegetarian option, generous sides, much-loved puddings and a glass of fizz to raise to the occasion.

The Main Event
three courses & a glass of champagne from €65
Begin with beef fillet carpaccio, smoked salmon or an ash-baked beetroot salad. The sort of starter that puts a healthy distance between this and a house dinner of beans on toast.
Then the decision that matters. A dictionary-thick fillet cooked properly, our much-loved rib-eye, charcoal-grilled monkfish, or the Ballylisk Wellington, which is our best argument that vegetarians should never settle. All served with a generous side: beef-dripping chips, creamed spinach, macaroni cheese or our Butterhead lettuce & herb salad.
Finish with a pudding we are rightly known for: Sticky Toffee Pudding or Blueberry & basil whipped cheesecake. And because you have earned it, a glass of champagne, on us.
