Charity Partner Announcement

We are proud to announce our local charity partner as Dublin Simon Community; who work to prevent and address homelessness in Dublin, Kildare, Wicklow, Meath, Louth, Cavan, and Monaghan. Providing services at all stages of homelessness to enable people to move to a place they can call home.

In every city we are lucky to be part of, Hawksmoor partners with an NGO working to address food poverty and homelessness. Here in Dublin, that’s Dublin Simon, a charity playing a vital role providing food, shelter and support to the people who need it most. 

“Since 1969, Dublin Simon Community has grown and adapted in response to the increasingly complex nature of homelessness in Dublin and the surrounding counties.

It’s this client-centred, intuitive approach that enables us to identify and fill gaps which prevent vulnerable people falling through the cracks of a system that is not fit for purpose.

Today, as we grapple with the worst housing & homelessness emergency we have ever witnessed, our client-centred service provision has never been more vital, and simply would not be possible without the instrumental support of partners like Hawksmoor. It is only through your generosity and commitment to our vision that we can continue to be there, building pathways back to society for people whom it has left behind.”

Hawksmoor has donated €10,000 as initial contribution and will continue to support Dublin Simon via donations on a menu item (take a look at the dessert menu when you’re next dining with us) and ongoing fundraising.

It is critical to us that when we turn up in a place we get to know the people, the community and the challenges faced.
